1. To enroll in the seafarer training courses the following documents are required:

- Ukrainian passport (for foreigners - passport of the country of residence with the translation) and a copy of your passport (pages 1, 2, registration page);
- Seafarer's ID (or other official document in which the name and surname are written in Latin letters) and a copy;
- diploma and its copy;
- certificate of competency and confirmation of the certificate of competency for officers and its copy;
- 3x4 color photograph (possible in electronic form);
- certificate to be replaced (when replacing) - copy;
- receipt of payment for training.

2. To enroll on training courses for operators of boats, motor boats, personal watercrafts the following documents must be submitted:

- Ukrainian passport (for foreigners - passport of the country of residence with the translation) and a copy of the passport (pages 1, 2, registration page);
- 3x4 color photograph (possible in electronic form);
- receipt of payment for training.

3. To enroll in the training courses for ordinary seaman you must provide the following documents:

- the document about education (not less then full general);
- a document on the citizenship of Ukraine or residence permit;
- 4 matte photos 3x4 without a corner, 1 matte photo 6x9 without a corner;
- medical certificate 086-U;
- a receipt for the tuition fee.
The age at the time of graduation must be at least 18 years old.

4. To be enrolled in the training courses for sailors of the able seaman, you must provide the following documents:

- a document about the qualification of a ordinary seaman ;
- experience of work on the specialty of a sailor of the ordinary seanam for at last 9 months;
- a document on the citizenship of Ukraine or residence permit;
- 4 matte photos 3x4 without a corner, 1 matte photo 6x9 without a corner;
- medical certificate 086-U;
- a receipt for the tuition fee.
